Based on decades of experience with flow and quantity measurement, the long-wished for bigger, better gas and oil facilities finally took on a tangible form in 2005 with the formation of a multi-disciplinary Project Team. The actual construction began after almost two years of designing and planning. Now, two years later, the Oil & Gas world can almost boast a centre of excellence from which the entire sector will benefit.

EuroLoop, what’s in a name? 

EuroLoop’s gas and liquid calibration facilities consist of closed circulation systems or, in other words, 'closed loops'. Their location in the Europoort area meant that they were soon jointly dubbed ‘EuroLoop’.
