The 5th annualinternational metering event, METERINGChina, organized by GSL Consulting Ltd. China, was held from 19 to 21 April 2011 in Guangzhou, China. The event was specifically planned to focus on the latest development of global Smart Metering, Billing, AMR/AMI, Data Management & CRM industries. Leading exhibitors displayed their latest products, systems and technologies. The products ranged from smart meter, power information acquisition system, various meter components, power management and distribution automation terminals, AMR/AMI solutions, and CIS/CRM systems.

NMi participated at this METERINGChina2011 exhibition for the first time as both a host for an NMi pre-seminar and as an exhibitor. More than 30 participants visited NMi’s stand and showed interest in NMi’s capability and expertise on testing, certification, calibration and training of watt-hour meters per MID, IEC, EN and WELMEC in general. Relay/DLMS/communication modules test, immunity investigation and risk & fault analysis of watt-hour meters also received particular attention.
