The European Commission published in the Official Journal of the European Union, number C 268, 10.11.2009 the reference to the normative document OIML R21 and the list of the parts of OIML R21 corresponding to the essential requirements of MID.

This publication is based on WELMEC 8.17 which since February 2009 lists the correspondence between the essential requirements of MID and the articles of OIML R21.
