“I came to NMi for my final degree project in my electrical engineering course. The company is very specialised and it was interesting to learn from the experts, in my case about weighing instruments. They are also really nice people. Besides doing research, I also worked with colleagues on testing weighing instruments. I learned a lot and I hope to be able to join NMi as a test engineer after I graduate.”
Individual responsibility and real projects
An internship at NMi means having your own responsibilities and being involved in real projects. Your internship will be tailored to your capacities and interests to ensure the greatest benefit. This is an excellent opportunity to test yourself in a multifaceted and professional environment: an internship that prepares you for a job after your studies. In other words, an internship that’s worth it.

During your final degree project, you work on assignments with an experienced mentor as part of a department or section. This gives you a good idea of your future profession and field of work. As one of our interns, you will receive regular and systematic performance appraisal by your mentor and supervisor. Direct feedback will enable you to further improve your strengths and develop your areas of interest.
