In the past few months, we have been conducting a customer satisfaction survey among our customers in the weighing market. We asked them to complete a questionnaire to give us an idea of their level of satisfaction with our services. The results for 2013 have now been evaluated and show that our customers are generally very satisfied. On a scale of 1-10, the average customer rating was 8.3. Three topics were highly valued in particular: market acceptance, rapid support and the quality of our work and the reports we provided. These results make us very proud. They also provide us with the energy and input to identify areas of potential improvement. An example is our aim to inform customers better about the status of their project. Our overall objective in fact is to reach an even higher satisfaction rating and to keep maximizing the NMi customer experience.

To help us improve the quality of our services, additional customer satisfaction surveys will be conducted from time to time.
